学生へのメッセージ
[IMPORTANT!] Bring your laptop to every lesson and register yourself into the course 24S0124 on Moodle before the first day of class.
1) Consider the following before enrolling in the course:
A. The class will be conducted mainly in English.
B. Students will be provided with handouts that summarize important points of the textbook in English.
C. Students will write on their own research in English.
D. Students are expected to actively work on each assignment and class activity.
2) In this course, students will submit digital copies of five RAs that meet ALL the requirements below:
A. Original RAs **Reviews are not acceptable.
B. Full-length RAs **NOT letters or short communications
C. RAs on empirical research
D. RAs on or related to the students’ own research
E. RAs published in well-respected journals
F. RAs that consist of all and only the following four sections: Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Discussion. (Since these are typical names of sections that appear in empirical scientific RAs, the names of the sections in your RAs do not have to exactly match those section names. For example, the Methodology section may be labeled as "Methods" or "Procedure" in some RAs. RAs that include a Conclusion section in addition to the four sections described above are also acceptable.)
3) On the first day of class, bring a digital copy of one of the five RAs described in 2) above. (If you have trouble finding an RA with separate Results and Discussion sections, consult with the instructor during the first day of class.) The other four RAs will be submitted later in April.
